Dr. Ariel Levite of the Israeli Ministry of Defense at the "International Luxembourg Forum on Preventing Nuclear Catastrophe"

Leading experts on nuclear disarmament met in Switzerland under the auspices of the "International Luxembourg Forum on Preventing Nuclear Catastrophe", to identify features in a nuclear development program which clearly suggest an intention to develop nuclear weapons. One of the delegates at the conference' was Dr. Ariel Levite, head of the Bureau of International Security at the Ministry of Defense, and a former Deputy National Security Advisor, who said that contrary to public opinion he thinks that the actions of the IAEA and the UN Security Council are hampering Iran's race to develop a nuclear capability.
